NEIGHBOURHHOD PLAN UPDATE

On 12th April the Parish Council received a verbal report on the status of the Neighbourhood Plan. The Council was extremely disappointed to hear that on a narrow technical point the Examiner recommends that CDC do not allow the Plan to proceed to referendum.

The report can be viewed here

The full Examiner's Report can be downloaded from the CDC website here (link!) together with a joint statement agreed by Southbourne Parish Council and Chichester District Council.
