NEIGHBOURHHOD PLAN UPDATE
On 12th April the Parish Council received a verbal report on the status of the Neighbourhood Plan. The Council was extremely disappointed to hear that on a narrow technical point the Examiner recommends that CDC do not allow the Plan to proceed to referendum.

The Southbourne Parish Neighbourhood Plan Review 2019-2037 Submission Plan has been submitted to Chichester District Council for them to undertake the next stage of consultation (Regulation 16).
