Southbourne Parish Council (SPC) is currently operating with only seven of its thirteen appointed members. While the dedication of these members is commendable, the council risks being unable to function without additional councillors. A quorum is essential for conducting official business, and SPC has recently struggled to meet this requirement, leading to the cancellation of important meetings and delays in decisions. Therefore, SPC urgently seeks new councillors.
